In compliance the most recent directives of Anambra State Government on security matters, we hereby issue the following guidelines to ensure that Nise keys into the vision of the state government with a view to keeping us safe.

1. Compulsory registration of Non indigenes residing in Nise which started since 2023 has been extended for another one week from today. Enforcement against defaulters shall commence one week from date of this announcement. Landlords have responsibility to compel their tenants that are non indigenes to register with Nise vigilante services. We shall not hesitate to report erring Landlords to law enforcement agencies. Under the new law, deviant Landlords shall forfeit their property in question to the state government. In plain language IF YOU HAVE A TENANT THAT HAS NOT REGISTERED WITH NISE VIGILANTE SERVICES WE SHALL REPORT YOU TO STATE GOVERNMENT AND YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR HOUSE TO STATE GOVERNMENT. To be forewarned is to be forearmed.

2. ⁠All hotel proprietors in Nise MUST submit names and valid identification documents of their guests on daily basis. I have personally informed proprietors in Nise of this new requirement so that none of them will claim ignorance of the law. We shall report defaulters to the appropriate authorities.

3. All native doctors and eze nwanyis plying their trade in Nise are required to register with NTU secretariat. Registration forms are obtainable FREE of charge from NTU secretariat between the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays through Fridays. The exercise will end on 28th February, 2025. We shall report defaulters to the State Government.

4. Native doctors and ezenwanyi who are non-natives of Nise are forbidden from assessing any shrine or deity in Nise. Ndi Nise are urged to keep eyes on these itinerant native doctors and eze nwanyis who have left their various home towns to come and practice native doctor/ eze nwanyi in Nise.

5. State government has forbidden Ichu aja on our public roads and streams. Please note that the state laws have not given any President General in Anambra State any room to exercise discretion in these security matters.
